All Finless ROMs come with a detailed step-by-step guide in a readme file.

do you have a link to a stable firmware (rooted) I hear the 4.2.2 is a bit unstable (issues with wifi) , I need my wifi to work , I downloaded a firmware which claimed to be 4.2 but was a 4.1 , hence was wondering if it was possible to downgrade to 4.1 from 4.2.1 , if so how can this be done and with what software ( I downloaded a .img file) cheers

There is a download section on this site with finless ROMs. I started with finless 1.7 and it is a good place to start. It is stable. It works great, but here is the deal, you have to follow the readme directions exactly, if you do things will go smooth as silk. I understand your situation with 2 weeks invested, somtimes you have to step back and regroup. Finless Bob wrote an awsome readme file that is in your 1.7 download. Read it, execute it exactly as he ment you to and you will be good. Good luck to you my friend from Kathmandu.

The WIFI on these sticks is sketchy at best. Do you mean that it will not turn on OR is your signal not very good?

I have read messages like yours before. I have not had this issue. Please do some searches on this forum cause I know there is probably a fix for this, I just don't know what it is. Good Luck!
