AINOL MINI PC wont boot/loop

Hi , After i did reset factory to windows 8.1(which come with windows) and mini pc reboot but not signal from tv
The TV doesnt recognize ainol mini pc anymore , i tried 2 TV , i can connect to it via remote , so i assume it is related to video card driver ,.

i fixed the problem

yes,i bought new hdmi cable and hit some taps on mini pc and the tv show signal.
and then i understood what is the problem
Windows 8.1 repair loop - popular problem.

i FIX THE PROBLEM

1.i bought new hdmi cable not cheap
2. i connected usb keyborad
3.i download the firmware to disk on key like the guide abouve from http://blog.geekbuying.com/index.php...4773-20150616/
4.turn the mini pc
5.press 10 sec ESC in the keyborad
6.and then got inBIOS
7.and run the DOK like the guide above look at the pics
