    Need help to identify Unit

    My first post and looking for help to identify unit and need firmware for it.

    ITVA888 On the Back is the start of the s/n ?

      I tried that firmware and it just fails to load using the rockchip batchtool and using upgrade and restore? FAILS

      any other suggestions.

        A little late but see if you can find an FCC ID number and google it.
