Problems with lagging usb inputs R89 2G/8G after installing Wasser Firmware?

So i've installed Wasser's firmware a while back, it's version 4.0.9. The main problem is that my mouse input has a slight stutter every couple of seconds. Is this a common problem, and is there a known fix for this? The mediaplayer is faster, but the stutter is driving me crazy. My XBOX 360 controller has the same stutter in it.

Note : the version i have is the Beelink R89, 2 GB with 8 GB storage space. I didn't have the problems with the stutter before upgrading.

Update : I upgraded to 4.0.11, but the problem is still there, i did read some things about micro stuttering, but my knowledge about this is limited, so my question still stands.

So i fixed the problem. It seemd that Wasser's Firmware didn't work for me.

While browsing the forums i found this one : HPH RK3288 Lollipop ROM v1.9 (23-01-2017)

Flashed my box with that one and it works like a charm.
