NEXBOX A95X won't connect to internet

I got the NEXBOX A95X about 6 weeks ago. It was working fine until I moved it to another room in my house. It said it was connected to the wifi, but when I would try to bring up anything like Kodi, Netflix, YouTube etc, it would get a message saying there was no connection. I thought maybe the wifi signal just wasn't strong enough, so I ran an Ethernet cable this week. I'm still getting the same errors.
i did a factory reset, hoping that would help, but it didn't. I moved it back to the original location where it was working, but it's not working here either. Even on an Ethernet cable.
Here are the specs from the site where I purchased it.

    UPDATE:

I'm not sure what fixed it, but it's working again. It was unplugged for about 24 hours, while I ran cat5e cables to various areas. After hooking up everything else, I decided to try working on it again. Once I hooked it up, it connected to the Internet just fine.

I picked up on another thread here why sometimes wifi worked and other times it didnt at all. Worked yesterday wth, right? Someone suggested turning box over, did it and wifi came back. Still nowhere near wired connection speeds. About 4mbps.
