mk908 bluetooth not turning ON

i am having a problem with the bluetooth slider returns to OFF everytime i try to turn it on..i have reflashed the firmware.erase NAND..but still no luck..has anyone has the same problem ?..and is there a solution to fix this?..thanks in advance

This normally means that the Rom you Flash not Support the Bluetooth Module inside.
I don't think you Bluetooth Module is broken because Bluetooth and Wifi is one Chip.

thanks alot for quick reply..i have reflashed finless bob 1.5 and tronsmart 4.2.2 update rom but nothing seems to fix the problem..may be i am doing something wrong while flashing..thanks again

Did you Flash the Rom for your Model or another Model ?

i flashed (tronsmart_mk908_finless15) and (update_mk908_101j2102)..

and i also just flashed tronsmart mk908 0715 update.. but same result..wifi working fine but cant turn on bluetooth

Please install android terminal emulator from play store and run the follow commands.

dmesg > /sdcard
logcat > /sdcard

For log cat let it run for a minute
Then stop it.

I did have a similar issue, I put off wi-fi then put on bluetooth, even if it didn't start I restart the tv-stick and bluetooth was on and working. After that I had no problem, maybe only once or two times.

Thanks for the reply friend..but i have tried reseting it several times but it didnt work for me..i tried with wifi off too but no luck
