M9C/TX3-Pro USB Burning Tool Error

I have an what is originally an M9C-Pro that is frozen on the boot screen. From what I can tell this M9C Pro is really just a TX3-Pro. Well I can't find a any firmware for an M9C so i'm trying to burn a firmware for a Tx-3

The 1st image is the error I get on the USB Burning Tool when I try the start before connecting.

The 2nd image is the error I get when I start the tool normally.

I'm at a loss, I can't seem to get this image to load successfully.

If any more info is need just let me know.

Any help would be appreciated.

What version of the burning tool are you using?

I've tried different versions however this one i'm currently using is v2.0.7.2

OK, well there seem to be a variety of possibles causes and resolutions, from the wrong firmware, USB port on PC, USB cable .....

Use the search option and input 0x00101004

You will find a number of threads about the issue with various boxes and there you may find a satisfactory solution.
