also..how can i turn my flashable zip stock rom into img file? i found one .. but its in zip format.. also has a seperate recovery img file and factory update param.aml

Yeah, you first need to start with an old Amlogic burn package (.img) to recover a box with a bad bootloader...and even that's iffy. Fortunately, the SD upgrade includes a burn package within it. I see there's one here.

can you spot me a img file for km8p, the cheappest 912 box..its new so i cant find any stock rom for this online

my box bricked, not showing any info on the display or on the tv... just black screen, no booting animations, .. nothing.. tried to fix it with superceleron's ROM, and others ..
tried with Burn_Card_Maker, USB_Burning_Tool (different versions), BootcardMaker .. nothing worked ...

box show a green progress bar, and stops at the beginning, than stays there for ever (tried over one entire night, just in case...)

box is detected on my computer, with status "connected", but stopped when "formating 7%" ...

after opening a ticket on gearbest, they send me a link to download another firmware (official?)

they tried to help the best they could, even providing instructions on how to flash...
