Can't get ROM to be flashed

Hi,

im trying to modify the stock firmware p212-ota-20170119.zip for my beelink mini mxiii II.
I extracted everything and made changes to the logo.img to have a bootlogo fitting to my bootanimation.

Unfortunatley i cant get the right testkeys or something else is wrong

I Always end up with the known

E: footer is wrong
E: signature verification failed

Error.

Can you help me getting the right keys? I found some as mentioned in another thread around here in the extracted system folders system_\etc\security\otacerts
But it's only the pem file - i tried to replace but still isnt working.

Would be thankful if you could help me with that.

I just saw i totally mixed up the sub-forums.

Nevermind at all.
I used a signapk.jar without the -w(hole) option. So maybe the zip wasn't signed completely
