Customizing Inphic i5 firmware

Hello Everyone
This is my first post in here i'm looking for someone to (help me / teach me / get paid ) to customize a inphic i5 which has the AML 805 Chip firmware
What i need is to change the booting image then make the device goes directly to wifi setup (select network/password) then runs a specific app
