How do I remote access Android Tv box ?

Hello Friends

I need help and hope it can be solved here. I have few friends with android tv boxes and I am main person to install and fix their boxes . Not everytime I can bring those boxes back home to fix them so thought about doing remote access to their box instead. I have installed Teamviewer app on my PC and quick support apk on their box. I can only see their screen on my PC when connected but can´t navigate in to menus and etc. How do i fix that ? Did I miss any app to install or maybe I need to tweak and fix something first .

Nope...its more like : try...try..and try again approach
Some apps...work.. some don't... it depends on android version/permissions ect

As you give no info.. that's all I can tell
*are these devices rooted?
** I prefer Vnc based apps

I have mecool bb2 pro box . I have not rooted it but can be enabled in settings . It runs on 6.0.1 version .

What is vnc based apps ?
