My son created a password for his tablet and can not remember it. We are not given the option to have the password pattern sent to a Google email address. Pressing the Reset button does not help, and I do not know how to go into a Safe mode with the tablet. Does anyone know what we can do to get into this tablet again?

You can reflash the tablet with the firmware or a custom one(Bobs 1.4 Rom) but you will lose whatever programs are on there, unless you have a button for factory reset on the side or back of tablet, they are usually a small pin hole that you press

I have set a screen lock Password / PIN / Pattern and now forget my settings.You will have to perform a firmware update to the tablet. Be sure to back up any information and data to your computer’s hard drive as the tablet will be reset to a factory default setting and all of your data will be erased. To perform this firmware update from your computer log onto "www.southerntelecom.com/polaroidsupport/" and select “Updates”. From here you can get the firmware update as well as the Firmware Update Guide. Be sure to select the correct model number (located on the back of the tablet).
