    Orangepi plus Google play app issue

    Orange PI plus with dolphin Kit Kat 4.4
    I have accidently deleted both google services and google play app

    I have managed to run google services, but, youtube unable to run, saying uncompatable
    The google play opens with a caption saying its uncompatable
    I have tried various versions, all in vain.
    When I try to diwnload from google play ( not the app) it shows that the app is installed. Pressing installed, some downloads download, others dont, and there is no arrow to show that it is downloading.
