Advantages:
- It's confortable to buy things on the webpage, its design is very clean, Paypal is available and you can be sure that things will arrive. (I don't know about anybody who has not received something from them)
- The products are well-branded, they don't sell any product that might have bad quality. It might seem not be so important, but subconsciously you will buy were good quality products are being sold.

Suggestion:
- It would be nice if there could be more variability on the items or the different version of one. For example I'm now looking at a "Convoy S2+" flashlight, I'd like the Blue XM-L2 T6-3B version, but they only have the typical U2-1A ant T6-4C versions. It's not the first time that I have to look somewhere else because they sell just the typical versions.

2 advantages of buying things from Gearbest 1)Phones ship with global roms, not Vendor roms which might have malware or other problems, 2)price I find gearbest to be the cheapest place to buy products from.

As for the one thing Gearbest could improve on, it would be warranty depots. When an item fails, we usually have to ship it back to China, instead of to the warehouse on the respected continent. IE Anyone in North America has to ship it back to China, instead of to their warehouse in L.A.. Shipping to China is expensive, and long haha.

Two advantages are

1) Prices are very good, I have gotten a few things from there and I have saved money while compared to other online stores!
2) They carry a lot of items, from TV boxes to mobiles, even hobby electronics, almost anything gadget related, you can get there!

Suggestion:
Sometimes I try to order 2 items but I am denied because they can't ship from the same warehouse, so I have to make 2 orders, not really deal breaker, but a bit annoying. not sure how this could be fixed, or at least handled a bit better.

1 - great selection of products that are constantly evolving.
2 - The ability to purchase from China with ease, or choose a local warehouse when available.

*Suggestions*
1 - expanding your inventory to include internal parts for devices. Such as heat sinks, fans, lipo/lithium batteries, blank pcb boards, etc. Kind of like a hobbyist store for people interested in DIY projects.

P.S. - I repair and refurbish items all the time and it would be great to have a one stop alternative place to buy the parts I need with out having to rely on alibaba as my last resort.
