H96 pro + issue

Brand new box and it shows the H96 pro+ screen. Than shows the mbox screen and never loads past that screen. How does one fix this?

Have you tried to go into recovery mode?
1. Hook HDMI to box.
2. Take toothpick(Non conductive material) insert into reset hole beside USB ports.
3. Plug power cord while holding in the reset button ...10 or more seconds and release toothpick.
4. You should get a recovery mode screen.
5. Select>Reboot System? ..just to see if it will suddenly boot to desktop (not likely..but I've seen stranger things).

( RMA to vendor might be best option...since you did pay for a working box).

6. Repeat step 3 and select>Wipe Data/ Factory reset.
This may help..or leave you no worse off as it is factory settings.

You could consider flashing by cable, superceleron's scv2 firmware. Not to be taken lightly as you already have a wonky China-Box.
