Can you please check also the speed of your eMMC and RAM with A1 SD Bench.

These are my results for the accurate test with reboot. The default test ends for me always in a cache (RAM) hit. So the result of the default test without a reboot is always wrong.


Internal memory (eMMC)
Read 85.33MB/s - Write 19.25 MB/s

RAM
RAM copy 2832.40 MB/s




To activate a comparable test you must long press on "Internal memory" then select "Accurate - with reboot"
Then start part 1 of the test (write), reboot the box and start a1 SD bench again to start part 2 (read).

My results:

Read 52.66 MB/s - Write 20.39 MB/s

RAM
RAM copy 2413.35 MB/s


I don't know why but in the atv play store I can't find anything when I use the search box. I have to search it in chrome and then use the install button to open the play store. With antutu the same

let's assume that i have the FactoryTool_v1.39 up and running
- i did already flash my box with other imgs .. and it worked
- so i assume the "needed" drivers are somehow installed (since the FactoryTool_v1.39 has the rockusb drivers included)

so.. i falsh now then with the factory tool first V2.5 BRE ROM .. and then just the zidoo_x6pro_kernel.img "over" the rom?
will this work with FactoryTool_v1.39? or is the FactoryTool_v1.39 not versatile enough to do so? (meaning: i will need somehow to get the android tool 2.3 running.. somehow..)

I think you do not read carefully. Anyhow. I do not know that Zidoo FactoryTool and at the moment I do not have a Windows system to test it. Only a MAC and a Linux system. And in my main instruction to flash my ROM I use the RKBatch Tool. Not the AndroidTool. And here I describe, that you can also flash the kernel & resource files also with TWRP. So install my V2.5 BRE ROM with your Zidoo Factory tool, Boot it at least once, so that my TWRP recovery will be also installed (will happen during first boot). Then start TWRP as desribed here and flash the Zidoo kernel if needed.

Without local admin rights you can't even install the mandatory needed USB driver. So no Flash tool like RKBatchTool or AndroidTool, to flash a full image, can be used.

So the additinal Zidoo Kernel I offer is only an additional non mandotory option.
And any of those additional kernel & resource file I offer, must be flashed always after you flashed the full rom.

No, i didn't heat up the cooler.. May be it's easier then, i don't know, just try it out... Worst case you buy another box

I used a chipset cooler from an old Motherboard (Elitegroup).
You must remove the screw above the cooler on the heat collecting metal plate.

It needs a little testing with the hight of the cooler, its very important to have a good contact with the metal plate (i used a thermal paste).

So you use the metal plate as cooling extension with direct contact to the passive cooler. Clever!

yuntab z4 is a little bit different. No foresee emc and no samsung ram. Mine have samsung KLMAG4FE4B-B002 emc and hynix H5TC4G63AFR ram.
Maybe because I have xt-z4-v12 (20160222) version.
And antutu in stock rom was 36000 too so no improvements and maybe atv seems slower than stock launcher.
I'm using antutu 6.3.3 and antutu 3d 6.1

Ok I see. Did you heat up or cool down the passive cooler, to change the durability state of the clue?
And what kind of cooler (size) do you use right now? Because there is no much space inside of the box.

No, i didn't heat up the cooler.. May be it's easier then, i don't know, just try it out... Worst case you buy another box

That was the stock one the box came with. Don't know which version it was. But i used that shitty ROM for more than a half year, until I found yabalars ROM.

How did you get the passive cooler away from the cpu? I tried it already with heating the cooler with a professinal hairdryer of my wive. The I tried to cut the clued cooler with floss from the cpu. No luck at all.
