mglarosa & Guest & all of you who still needs a medieval keyboard that works on a ATV rom
That's the a Google leanback ATV Keybord.
ATV leanback means ... leanback only with your tiny remote and mic ... no need of a mouse or additional hardware keyboard.
But I know your pain. I had the same in 2015, when I switch the first time to a ATV device. So no worries. I'm just kidding a bit.
Check the V2.5 BRE download folder for a keyborad mouse solution
Ahhhm ... I forgot ... THX
Ha, I'm still looking for a good tiny remote with build in mic for my Z4. Think that's the next hot gadget everybody wants to buy. Anyhow, back to your questions.
Does this mean the sound plays simultaneously via the remote and hdmi or only via the remote?
And which RK3368 box do you use? It didn't sound like a Z4 to me?
But you can first try to use the kernel & resource file of your box. Just as a test. To see if my ROM starts in general with those resources.
First try one of them. If it works try both and see if it fixes your issue. Then you got a good starting point to implement the speed enhancements to your resource file, or add your audio (HDMI) & remote settings to a fork of my resource file. And in case your box uses the same IR receiver as the Z4, your stock remote can easily added to my resource file. Like I did already for a other RK3368 boxe (Tronsmart Meta, Ugoos UT4, & Zidoo X6) I think I added right now 8 different remote settings to my resource file. BTW when using the Zidoo & Ugoos RK3368 Kernel my Z4 box starts with the full speed enhancements of my V2.5 BRE rom. But with missing functionality, like no IR remote or Lan for my Z4. But that means also in theory, this will work also vise versa.
And yes, the most speed enhancements (CPU, RAM, IO, eMMC, SD & USB) of my V2.5 BRE rom are based to the resource file.
Anything else, Network (WiFi, Lan, DalvikVM, UI, etc) is well commented to my build.prob file, within the system partition. So without my resource file you will loose more then the half of the overall speed.enhancements I made.

Everting works fine for me but I try to connect my android phone via Miracast but I can't fine a way to make it work.
I will be happy for a solution.
Thanks
DLNA/Miracast & AirPlay works perfect to me ..- Local Files (video, audio, pictures)
- Local Media Server ((video, audio, pictures)
- Browser (Youtube, Vimeo, SoundCloud,... )
Which server do you use? AirPin and Kodi is already included to my ROM. Or do you use something else?
And which app do you use as client on your mobile? I use AllConnect.Last edited by cOOLio; 04 May 2017, 14:33.

So, probably i could change the kernel and recource, but then i will loose the speed and other good stuff you created? Is that correct ?

Here is a small how to backup & restore all of your data.
1. First connect your box to your PC via mini USB cable and change the USB settings to OTG.
Settings > Ugoos settings > Hardware > USB switch >> (OTG)
1.1 Copy (backup) all files from the internal (virtual) SD card to a folder on your PC
2. Now disconnect the USB cable, shutdown your Box and start into TWRP recovery.
To start TWRP recovery hold the REST button and press once the Power button.
Note: To use TWRP U need a USB mouse connected to you box.
2.1 In TWRP select Backup > Select Partition to Backup: Data (excl. storage) only
(The storage of the internel SD is already backed at step 1.1. SO no worrys )
And if needed, depends on the free space of your micro SD card, enable compression to save space (backup will slower but needs less space).
> Select Storage > Micro SDCard >> ( OK )
>> ( Swipe to Backup )
Note: To use USB OTG as backup storage with my ROM 2.0, you must connect the USB stick to the micro USB OTG plug. This issues is fixed with the new ROM V2.5 and TWRP 3.10. There you can use any USB port to backup your stuff
3. Now all your data is saved and you can install the new version of my rom.
4. After first boot. connect you PC again to your box (see step 1.) and delete all files on the internal (virtual) SD Card.
Then copy the data backup we made at step 1.1, to you internal (virtual) SD card.
5. Start TWRP to recover your Data partion
Restore > Select Storage > Micro SDCard >> ( OK )
Select Package to Restore: (select your back) > Data (excl. storage) >> ( Swipe to Restore )
Important: Wipe > Advance Wipe >Select [x] Dalvik / ART Cache & [x] Cache >> ( Swipe to Wipe )
Reboot >> ( System )
DONE
Much success and fun
Edit ... for those of you who have no custom recovery installed.

In those cases you using a different ROM (like stock, etc) without any custom recovery installed. You just have to install the TWRP custom recovery I made for my V2.5 BRE ROM. This version should also work with any other RK3368 boxes/roms. So give it a try to make full backup of your current ROM.
Download: RK3368 TWRP 3.10 by cOOLio
A short how to install my TWRP image is already included to the 7zip file. After installing it, anythings else should be similar as mentioned already above.
In case your rom does not support USB OTG, just copy anything from step 1, 1.1 to a USB stick or external SD card.
And in case your installed ROM (stock firmware) isn't rooted already, check this.
Attention: To recover a data partition from a different ROM to my ROM, could have strange side effects. It could work, but there is no guarantee. So in case you getting strange issues, after you recover you data partition to my ROM. it will not work. So in that case TWRP is only to make a full backup of your current ROM. To get back where you came from, in case you don't like ATV.
Much luck and fun

Sometimes a video engine and its codec can fix those unsync crap on the fly automatically. Others are not.
But the good thing of all Kodi version, since the good old XBMC days. With Kodi you can fix this always on your own.
Here a small how to fix all audio / videos out of sync issue with just a few clicks and testing until the video and audio is sync again.
During the playback of the video file go to 'Settings'.
Then open 'Audio and subtitel settings'
There you will fine the option 'Audio offset'
Now you change the Audio offset +/- in 0.000s steps. ( + ) or ( - ) depends on the way the video is async.
If you hear first the voice followed by the lip movement. use ( - ) offset until it is sync.
If you see first the lib movement followed by the voice, use( + ) offset until it is sync.
And finally ONLY in case all your video are unsync you can save also the offset globally for all videos.
BTW I love this Denzel movie ...Last edited by cOOLio; 04 May 2017, 00:53.

It's already compressed as small as it's going to be, so nothing I can do. Good luck!

If you'd like, I can try and post a link of this firmware with a smaller size so that you can download it easier, too. It will be faster than the wasser firmware, but other than that I don't know what performance will be like on your device.
