Right Android Stick/Box to suite my needs

Hey, im look to buy a android Stick/Box but i got no clue which one suits my needs...

I wanna, watch 1080p Videos/Movies from a external HDD and a samba share(without framedrops and stuff), through wifi/ethernet adapter. Watch TwitchTV Streams 720/1080p. Dont care for anything else tbh. Read a bit through the board and googled a bit around but im still not sure what the right device would be, was thinking about one of this rk3188 devices like a Tronsmart MK908. but with all the complaints about the video playback im not sure if it would be the right choice. Can you guys recommend me a Android Stick/Box which suits my needs? (Around ~$80 if possible)

I've tried the CX-919 and the Rikomagic MK802IV and I wouldn't recommend either of them. My usage is similar to yours and I'm still looking for a device that can meet these demands. As far as I understand, it's mainly a software problem (or firmware/kernel rather), not a hardware problem. The wi-fi antenna on my CX-919 seems really sensitive though, slightly moving the antenna or TV has a large impact on signal strength and transfer speed.
