Bricked HD45 Ultra made-in-germany

After downloading an app, the box stopped working
status and new led light up, and all the other lights, so assume hardware ok
However, PC not detecting USB connection ( either host, nor otg)
Have not seen any firmware rom anywhere
Can anyone help please ?

If it is the Best HD 45 Ultra, have you tried contacting them for a copy of the firmware?

What was the app that you installed?

This is the firmware, which can only be burnt on an SD card using the Phoenix card

The box cannot be detected by USB /PC

Have you tried using the Burn Card Maker to burn to an SD card?

the box is now fully working.
I have burnt it with Phoenix card, as recommended by the manufacturer
He has sent me three files: A how to video, a copy of Phoenix card vesrsion 3, and the actual firmware rom.

I have not heard of Burn card maker, but will try it at the next opportunity. I have a totally hard bricked RK3188 CS918.
I often use Phoenix, Rufus, Win32, for sd burning, and the usual amlogic, rockchip and nexus burning tools,minimal ADB etc when usb connection available.
However, , many manufacturers suggests that their version of Android can only be burnt by Phoenix.
And Phoenix, sometimes, fail to recognise an img file! , whilst the others burners do!
