T95Z TV box - screen problem

Hi,

Please ignore my ignorance as I have never been in a forum before. Can someone help?

I have just connected my TV box but it is only showing in the top left hand quarter of my TV so everything is in miniature. The TV works fine, I just don't know how to adjust the tv box to a full screen.

Can anyone please help?

Is this the first time that you have connected it to this TV or has it worked correctly before?

Are you able to connect it to another TV?

Also, can you get into the settings to check what resolution the box is set at?

TV box has literally come straight out of the box and never been connected before. I can barely read the screen for the TV box because the writing is so small but screen flashes with 1080 input when I turn on box

First if your connected with keyboard press this key / to see if it changes. Then if that dosent work youll need to go into settings and adjust your resolution or screen size. But try pulling hdmi cable out and puting back in will device connected. Sonetimes works. Good luck let us know what it was.

Keyboard is connected but doing nothing no matter what keys are pressed? Swapped HDMI to all sockets and they all work, but resolution doesn't changed. Just watched a YouTube video and when the guy was in settings, there was a resolution tab. I don't have it in my Display settings???

I've seen this issue with Kodi but the solution was the \ backslash key.

What display settings options are you seeing?

There are often 2 sets. One under the old style Android settings interface and one that tends to have a dedicated button.

In display I just have Daydream, calibration and HDR. On the Youtube video the guy also had Screen Resolution

Thats wierd in settings go done one row below display all the way to end click on More settings check screen sisplay settings there please.

Hi Scooter. Just checked more settings and clicked on display. Its really hard t read as its so small but I can make out the following
Sleep
Press power button twice for camera
Daydream
Font size - I clicked to "huge" and the font went slightly bigger but not much
Cust - di nothing when I clicked into it?

Hmmm seem maybe firmware. Crap... Maybe re flash one better on it?
