You can't as the firmware doesn't support it and never will since the manufacturer most likely already abandoned this device.
The only thing you can do is root and manually change the RGB color option from a terminal app.
Something like  echo "1">/sys/devices/virtual/display/HDMI/color but you need to search for the correct command.
