I haven't heard any other overheating reports with the M6.

Keep an eye on it...and be careful. You might need to contact the vendor about that.

    Anyone else have this problem?

Well after a few hours of use, the device becomes a little bit warm in certain places. But never 20 degrees higher than the ambient.

I have same problem with mine m6. I think this is some defect in assembling or something. Heating starts from the right side. I saw dissasembled m6 and there is some metal plate in this area dunno what is there maby video chip. Tablet is really hot when i using it (not just in games) like 40-45 degrees. All screen is very warm and unpleasant to touch. I already contacted my seller about that but still havent got an answer.
