Any engineer worth their salt in the first place would be fully aware of the need for efficient heat dissipation.
As far as the designs go, for the first two there is not enough being shown to make any form of informed decision.
The send couple look as though they may potentially be too top heavy and I could see complications arising when many cables and devices are plugged in and they may also be problematic when it comes to housing in a TV cabinet where shelf clearance may be limited.
Having all ports on the back isn't my idea of ideal either as it can make for a fiddly time when plugging in devices.
Any design will also render itself useless if more focus is placed on style, rather than substance.
Produce a high quality, low cost solution and few will really care about what it looks like.
If you really want to do something just a little different, try something with the shape and outer texture of a Borg Cube.
It's a plain shape but the overall look makes it rather cool.R-TV BOX S10, Beebox N3150, Chuwi Hibox, Nvidia Shield, A95X Max

You are a very professional moderater at the field of TV Box
Which configuration you think is most popular now?
we are three programs for the new design, Amlogic S905x 1gb+8gb/2gb+8gb, 2gb+8gb/2gb+16gb no blueteeth
Amlogic S905x 2gb+8gb/2gb+16gb with blueteeth
Amlogic S912 3gb+16gb/3gb+32gb with blueteeth

The S905x with just 1Gb RAM is probably going to be more suited to the use of Librelec rather than an Android based solution due to the limited memory.
Both the S905x and S912 SOC's are well supported.
Bluetooth will I believe be an option that more would prefer to have, rather than not, so I would say ditch any thoughts of boxes without Bluetooth.
However, both the S905x and S912 market places are very crowded, so you will be coming late to the party so to speak.
So in order to have a hope of gaining any form of competitive advantage, you might want to consider using some of the very skilled Developers here on Freaktab, who continue to show their skills in producing custom firmwares that are far better than anything that manufacturers come up with.
Of course this might require some form of reasonable payment but in doing so, the market will see good support and development right from the start, which increases confidence in the product, subject to the product being of sufficient physical quality to begin with, so the right investment in people will yield the right rewards, such that everybody can essentially win.

Make it easy to open as some have issues opening (cough cough) Borg cubeParts matter. Better ram wifi Connector nan chip latest. Backed with good or better firmware will win the race more then spaceship designs. See through box is a option if parts are pretty bluetooth yes a must yes. Strong wifi even bullet type better then tape ones... Vents for cooling very good to have those little things.
Many devices now mk902ii/Shield/Mk68 /Ugoos/neox5/minix5 (yes they still work lol) mk80 no it doesnt work lol.
