Flashing custom rom without usb cable

Hi guys
i cant connect my t428 to the desktop and so i cant flash the custom roms through the usb cable. is there a way to flash custom roms without usb. i dont have cwm installed only original recovery of the t428 and i cant install the cwm because it needs to be connected to the pc. any idea would be very helpfull

I had the same problem with a différent stick, I tried 4 different usb cable, but it did work.
