can someone help or advise

Just purchased a Sunvell T95z plus............nice enough wee box but as written about elsewhere the pics are very dark so thought I would flash Supercelerons rom.....I am on firmware 3.2............no matter what I do cant get it to flash, always comes up with an error, tried usb and various sd cards but no joy. Tried the burning tool method and wont recognise the box when linked to pc. Any advice, tricks or tips would be gratefully recieved. Like to get this running before full brexit, nuclear war and any other potential disasters including divorce and hair loss.

If you are sure your Burn tool is properly installed(reason why box not detected), maybe consider not flashing a stubborn box. If you brick it you will have more grief.
Consider selling it and getting another.

Most things/disasters can be fixed with counseling and time...well maybe not the hair loss thing...definitely not the hair loss thing.
