when im trying to flash im getting error test device failed or lower format failed

Did you wipe the NAND before flashing?

tha t is the problem it can not wipe the nand...

Probably corrupt NAND then. Try flashing a ROM without wiping the NAND first, just to see how it goes.

I had to try mine over and over the first time. Like bob said try flashing rom before wiping nand. These things are finicky. Just look at my thread I posted with my issues. It drove me bananas.
