Android Box Stuck On Android Robot

hello, i have an android box MX3 when tried to wipe data/factory hard reset then the screen stuck on android robot and there are nothing to anymore.. can you pls some help to sove the problem

Hello Flight001, Welcome to Freaktab. I don't have an MX3. You may have to provide additional and specific information about your MX3. As with other TV boxes, many variations in both component hardware and PCB designs exist for this model. Some needed information is printed on the printed circuit board(PCB). For instance, Model number, board revision and date. Other needed information will be printed on the WiFi module. This means it will be necessary to open the case to retrieve this info. Usually opening the case is a simple, low risk matter. Not having this box, I cannot advise.
Photos of the box and PCB can also greatly improve the chances of finding a solution.
I assume the MX3 uses an Amlogic CPU(SoC). I am going to move your post to the Amlogic section in hopes of improving your chances for finding a solution.
If you know, or find that your MX3 uses something other than an Amlogic SoC, let me know and I will move the post to the appreciate section.
