You should be able to use ubs hub on any of the USB ports in Your device. You connect usb to usb master port in hub.

It may be that because these Android boxes use such a tiny amount of power to run that they cannot support multiple devices from the same port because of the lack of available power.

OP, are you able to use single devices from the port?

With some boxes it may also be that the box comes with an OTG cable that has to be used in conjunction with the port to work as intended.

Product descriptions can often be innacurate,

            1. That's funny, because I can use a mouse or keyboard (with enter-bug = q instead) , but not a Xbox Controller ...

            2. There was no extra Cable.

Game controllers sometimes require extra software to help them run under Android.

But that is a wired Xbox Controller. It doesn't need drivers under Android, normally.

Game controllers require usually more power than keyboard or mouse which can be over limit for Your box.
I was using Logitech Rumble Pad without issue without vibrations on some older android box.
Don't know anything about Xbox pads.
