i having some problem with this box this internet connection both hardwire and wireless keep going in and out
has anyone had this problem before and any fix for this plz help me out

Hi guys, I have a similar problem, I installed SuperSU from play store and it installed the binaries and requested a reboot and the box is stuck at mbox logo, I tried factory data reset with no success and tried to download several of the ROM available on line and they all return the same errors when I try to flash the by usb stick as an external update.
the error is
E: footer is wrong
E: signature verification failed
E: error: 21

Any help is appreciated

Check if the issues are related with the modem router... try to put a static ip and dns on the tv-box, and test if its working again.

Try to download from xda the latest flashable (with recovery) supersu.zip (2.82), the issues of supersu comes installing the 2.80 versión.

Check if your tv-box have Android 6.01.

Find on freaktab or another fórum the twrp 3.02 mod recovery (from beelink gt1) that is compatible with h96 pro+, put it (.img) and the supersu.zip in a sdcard (max 16gb/fat 32), and try to install the super su zip with the twrp recovery.
