Does anyone knows if the Tronsmart CX-919 is equal to the CX-919. Geekbuying has a sale at the moment, just 64.99 and I was trying to see if it's worth it, link.

Same .... really wish we could get clear differentiated product lines without all these suppliers confusing us.

You should also note that Tronsmart do not advertise that model on their website for some reason.

The issue as you probably know is that even though you have the same model name; if your stick has for example a different wifi or BT then you will be pretty much screwed in what Finless et al are developing.

I ordered the same stick a few days ago. So time will tell whether it completely works with the Finless rom

I think the only way to check is to open it up and compare it with one of Finless Bobs youtube vids where he takes apart the original CX-919.

Seriously though surely Tronsmart should be done for infrigement on anothers product?

Flashed on Tronsmart cx 919

I have flashed Finless 4.1, 4.2, nexus multi 1.1(finless 4.2 kernel) and they all work but all have various bugs compared with my trusty old mk808b running finless 1.7.

But this does confirm that the hardware configs are the same and bluetooth and wifi will work.
