Help on buying an android TV box

Dear folks, I would like to purchase an Android TV box but a dvb-c tuner is a must! Android 6.0 minimum..good apps compability, root and custom rom support would be awesome

well.. wetek ( you can find for 129 euro from a DE dealer )

note.. if you buy on alibaba...there is a chance for import tax
