GT1 Ultimate no network connection

Hello,
2 days ago I updated firmware on my Gt1 Ultimate. After that I can not turn on Wifi/Bluetooth/Ethernet.
I tried to change firmware to Gt1-311M0, Gt1-312M0, Gt1-313M0 and still nothing.
I found that firmware update cleared network "configuration" and for example MAC address for WiFi connection changed to 20:00:00:00:00:00.

I found that solution:

But I get error: "Get Key Failed" and after import image i can see usid=0 (red color).

Did anyone find solution for this network and WiFi problem ? For now my product is unusable.

Oh, i tried to update firmware to newest android 7.1 and it also failed.

Looks like you may have wrong firmware at a guess

I tried this firmware tool. It didn't help.
I'm sure that i need to change MAC in some way. MAC addresses were removed somehow and if i try to use normal firmware it will not change anything.
