I'm not sure if anyone has come across this box?
Apparently it's the new kid on the block
based on the Quad Cortex-A15 CPU
The firmware is pretty basic with an IPTV player (supports Stalker Middleware) and has kodi and a few other basic android Apps.
The box that I recieved had no manual or any links to new firmware
However I can find this link: http://www.maxytec.nl/maxytec-4kandroid/ which has some firmware links but the file just crashes the box.
It also goes under the name of an HS257Premium IPTV/OTT Set-Top Box: https://smart-stb.com/eng/index.html
I wonder if anyone can identify the manufacturer from the images?
The PCB has some identifying marks as:
B00-SH-REV1.2
MS-M1-E198407
