Looks like your trying to install poison rom whilst on Android 6? You need to be on android 7 and you have to install it with twrp if I remember correctly. Look on xda

This recovery is booting from my SD card, probably no use. Before the brick, I was on android 7.1.2. Unfortunately, I cannot access recovery mode anymore from the box and I have no way to install TWRP. I have tried about 12 - 15 different room but none of them works with usb burning tool.

The device is always recognized by Windows and in the device manager. I have tried with a 20cm usb cable and on an old computer equipped with windows 7 with no results.

I do not know what else I could try.
