No flash mode after bad flash

    Hi,
I tried to flash the t428 stock firmware on my QC802 because I had issues with the neomode custom rom.
I used RKBatchtool to do this but i got an error and now when I try the flashmode, my key isn't detected. The power LED lights on but nothing else. Is my key definitively stuck ?

no, I think you must open it and make a nand reset. did your stick have a flash button ?

I have almost the same situation (see thread http://www.freaktab.com/showthread.p...update-address ).
After trying to flash new STOCK firmware, the unit is bricked, and stuck in endless running android boot logo.
I did tryed NAND reset (opened device, found H27UCG8T2ATR NAND chip, and shorted pins 8 and 9), but device is still stuck in endless running android boot logo.
Anything else I can try to recover my device ? Please help.

Yes, I think I have a flash button : is it the one I use to go in flash mode ?
Here the pics of the inside of my key :

Push the button and connect the usb to the otg port while the button is pressed. Then your device must be detected.

yes this it's your flash button.
press it and make sure to connect your USB cable to the OTG port. this port is near the flash mode button.
hold the button until Windows detect your device. if not you need to do a nand reset or you're micro usb port has a little damage.try it than also with a different cable.

I have the same issue before where the reset button doesn't help. What I did is resetting the NAND flash which can be done by shorting the pins located near the BC print (by looking at your device) on the chip. Sorry I have no idea what are the exact pin numbers. Once you have successfully resetted it, it'll be detected again by the batchtool but this time color indicator is blue if i recalled it correctly.

I was already trying to do it, so I assumed I have to do a nand reset, so I tried.
I followed this topic since I have a H27UCG8T2BTR and its schematics are similar to H27UCG8T2ATR
I launched RKAndroidTools, short-circuited pin 8&9 with a needle then plugged my USB
My laptop detected my key, and RKT indicates "found RKAndroid MaskRom USB"
                  BUT...
I tried "Erase IDB" and I obtained an "download boot failed" with or without the needle still on.

Other usb port in your pc and try different usb wire.

Done. No change. I'll let it quiet the whole night, perhaps with some voodoo incantations it'll work tomorrow...

So, tomorrow have come, i tried again on another computer with another cable but i still have the same result : when i plug the key with pins 8&9 shorted, my pc detects it but RKAndroidTool can't erase IDB... is there something more to do ?

                      Thanks

Unfortunately I'm afraid that I don't have the stuff (and the skills) to do this...

Only suggestion I can give you is uninstall the windows driver and install it again, use the most update drivers, use different versions of rkflashtool, rkdevtool, all the programs you can find for flash.
Sorry no more Ideas, I got my devices bricked some times but I didnt need to enter in mask mode yet, cause all my problems was solved using other flast tool, reinstalling drivers, etc...
