Technically you can't copy apk's as there are already unpacked in your tablet. I believe there is a app though that will repack any app back to an apk...

I am attaching the wifidisplay apk here. This does not install on my Lenovo K900. It says "application not installed". I think it requires signing. Tried zipsigner but no cigar. I hope it works on your phone-TVbox combo. Can anyone tell me how to get this installed on my phone?

It needs to be pushed to system/app/ but it wont work because it requires some libs as well afaik

hi ....i have a measy u4c tv box and running kit kat 4.4.2 but there is no wifidisplay App!! i can't make screen mirroring to work!! i am using a Samsung galaxy s4 (modified rom ....it worked with 4.2.2 on the u4c)

I have a galaxy s4 mini, i usually just pull down the menu bar from the top of the screen, enable screen mirroring and search like searching for wifi or bluetooth devices. then connect.. when its my mirracast, i connect to device, it connects to wifi, select screen mirroring and it opens the option to enable screen mirroring, select device, input pin... done

As for android box i have Airplay DMR, wifi display.. on my galaxy i have wifi display helper. that allows the connection. I have to add if your using wifi helper you will need root on your samsung device. if you download kingo root to a pc, root your tablet, install an su .apk thats half your battle won.

could someone help me with mobdro as it keeps telling me to check my connection?

It doesn't works on kitkat. Do you find a release that works in kitkat?

Interested in a Miracast app that would work on CX-919, too. (On a 4.4.2) Haven't had much luck. Can anyone help?
