Tool to convert OTA zip to Img file that can be used in Customization tool

Hi guys

I have managed to capture the most recent OTA zip file for my Nexbox A95X S905X 1GB/8GB. Inside the zip is an update folder containing files like system.new.dat etc. AMlogic customization tool only accepts IMG files.
I have found a tool (System Extractor) that converts the system.new.dat to its subfolders (essentially the system folder in Amlogic Customization tool) but it can't save the whole zip as an IMG file.

Does anyone know of a tool that convert an OTA zip containing boot.img, bootloader.img, system.new.dat etc into an Img file readable by the customization tool?

Why bother?
You can make the changes you need with any half decent android kitchen, pack it back to a zip ad flash it.
Converting to img is in theory possible but not without a good amount of messing around.
