Hello everyone, I have an OTT TV BOX MX-q 4k machine which I recently bought and it worked fine till one day (for no reason) it stuck on "Android" logo when I open it. The blue led on the machine (the one that show that it's working) flashes on and off .
I tried to reset the machine with the toothpike and I did make it reset to the factory settings. The problem is that after I do that I see the message saying "wiping data" and then a green screen appears without anything else no matter how much time I leave it there.
Can you please help me with this ?
