Hi, from what I saw in the picture your TV Box and Rockchip chip aversion, in case RK3229. It would be good if you give us more details, for example how your Box was in this state, if there is still any blue or red light.

Try capturing a better quality photo of that part of the board, then send us, this will be useful to start the MaskROM mode if necessary.

Some are generic but the general procedure is the same for many boxes with the same SOC..

Look at a few and type the name of your box into Youtube search to see.
