I've had a look and it seems not to be available right now.

You could contact the Gearbest rep on here as they seem to be official carriers and will therefore have direct contact with Sunvell.

It's just that sometimes it can put people off helping if they perceive somebody being demanding by shouting and it's always best to attract as many comments as possible.

yes if you could that would be awsome .... mine just hangs at boot so need to reload firmware thats all let me know if u can get a hold of the firmware

Just ask CS for customer support for rom if a Gearbest purchase, seems the logical option.
