[ROM] Tronsmart S96 / Beelink GT1 Zombie Rom R2 **9377 wifi ** 2G/16G

Hey everybody heres a new rom for the tronsmart S96 and the Beelink GT1.
Clean stock based rom with lots of tweaks and bug fixes.

***THIS ROM IS ONLY FOR THE TVBOXES WITH 9377 WIFI CHIP***


This is my first public release of ZombieRom that has been tested since NOV of last year, Ive been unable to work for several years due to Spine and neurological issues so with all my free time i figured lets try and make a rom, took a lot of time to figure it all out but with some help from superceleron big thanks for source files and some guidance. I think Zombie rom r1 is ready for public release before this was only a private rom for our TS Team Zombie telegram group, if intrested in joining message me and we will talk about membership where you can have first access to beta roms and help the team with testing and debugging


This rom is stock 6.0.1

• brand new custom kernel based on custom toolchains have tested and is fastest kernel on any rom for s96
• new PCM audio engine with better channel support up to 7.1
• various audio tweaks from my work on xperia devices
• other rebuilt modules to increase speed and performance
• some other secret things im testing but will be well worth the wait
• zombierom custom hphlauncher coming also

• Usb cameras may work havent tested it yet though
• Xbox 360 controller support Dualshock 4 coming very soon
• There are some other additions and tweaks that i can for the life remember

• If having CRC issues try box fix app and see if that works
• Kodi 17 don't check dts HD capable reciever produces high pitch noise working on fix
• Not sure as first release all bug reports welcome to help improve this rom for everybody

Multi-window mode:

To enable multi window mode edit build prop change user to userdebug reboot.
Go into developer options scroll down and enable multi window mode.
In recent apps click the box beside the x and set windows up as needed.
Split screen works good quad screen mode gets a bit iffy

I got this error when use the burning tool

OK try loading the img hit start then plug the box in while holding reset button. Let me know if that fixes it

Fixed flashing last Beelink Rom and after flash you rom.

The rom comes with 2 launchers, i liked tv launcher, but some buttons like Wifi not working. And TV launcher could have one Games Section for actual games and retro games.

The wallpapers im using bing today.

Do not comes with FTMC ): or Chrome but is easily to install from app store.

Tonight i gonna test some games with Xbox gamepad.

The rom is stable and temperature it's 65c below

Will add ftmc and chrome to next build, Yeah I wanna make the wifi on launcher work I'm not the best at modding apks lol but will try and figure it out thanks for the feed back glad you enjoy let me know how the games and everything run thanks again

That's awesome I didnt know the controller would do all that. Awesome find for sure.

Im pretty happy with first release. Ppspp and ps1 games with some tweaking to settings the games run pretty great and clean up good. I'm using fpse for ps1 and works great so far. Snes and older systems run great too. Seems to be iffy with OpenGL on fpse will have to do some digging



will look into the keyboard not hiding thanks again for the report keep the info coming and I will try and make the rom better and better have some new audio stuff for next version to tweak stock pcm audio better surround sound separation and a few other tweaks

Looks Like an SC Rom (nearly)

WiFi on Tronsmart s96 not working
Will not switch on in Network settings, will in more settings but not detection.
BT Works and Ethernet ok...

S96 remote does not work
One from Beelink does.

Not to bad at all
