    Pandora on MK808B

    Hi All,
My first post on this forum, I have just bought an MK808B. I would like to run pandora on it but Google play says the app is incompatible with the device. Is there a way around this? Thanks for the help.

You can "side load" Pandora, that means you download the app from another source and install.
App files end in .apk, so search for "Pandora apk download". You'll likely find several.

Once downloaded, click on the file to install. You may have to enable 'outside sources' in security settings, but you can disable when done...

    Good luck!

I downloaded the app, then installed it manually.
When I try to run it I get an error message "Sorry, your device is currently not supported. Model: rk30sdk" Does anybody know if there is a way of working around this? I dont have the same level of expertise as the people on this forum have.
        Thanks for the help

I have an MK808, running the Finless 1.7c rom -- and Pandora is compatible in Google Play, and it runs with no problems.
Finless spoofs a Samsung device so more apps will be compatible.

There is a file in system called build.prop which contains a lot of properties for your device. If rooted, you can edit this file and change your device and model. Or you can flash a rom (like Finless) that is already rooted. Then Pandora (and lots of other apps) will work.
