Need help Identifying what the heck this is...

HI, need some help identifying what board this is, as when i purchased it the seller mentioned it was a UG007B but turns out the SOC is different and the rest specs too..
i have attached some pictures..
the shell looks identical to the UG007B however, insides are way off from other reviewed tv sticks.
network is dead slow, UI is sluggish too.. was wondering if i can find a alt rom for this.

Hello,

It looks like a Stick with an RK3188-T CPU running @ 1.4Ghz.
The original RK3188 is hard to find these days.
What gets my Interest is that it shows in Model HX_3229.
Is there some way you can remove the Cooling Pad from the CPU?
Please pay attention to it no to demage the CPU.

cant' i tried every trick, used alcohol to try and loosen the glue, dental floss, damn thing wont come off,

If you have some floss you can use this and bring it between CPU and Cooling Pad.
