Black edges in xbmc

Hello, does anyone know how to hide the black edges in XBMC?

It depends on where you see the black edges.
In the menu? while playing a movie?
You can calibrate the screen to fit your screen in Settings-System-Video output
And scaling in Settings-Videos-Playback

I usually use the app ful!screen (notice the ! instead of l) from the market.
Start that one and you have full screen. You can change the settings on where and how you want the back and home zone.
Start XBMC after and you have full screen.
