Alfawise H96 Pro+ Freezing

my tv-box arrived about 3 weeks ago and came already with the nougat version.

generally it´s working fine, i shut down or restart with the icon and not with control

but sometimes the box is freezing, for example when i am looking my sat channels with the sat-ip app (tivizen), but also when i am connected to some german mediathek channels like ARD - ZDF a.s.o.

Is this freezing a problem of the rom? or the players of the apps? or some other hardware problem of the box?

i am connected with ethernet cable and the speed is good (about 95 Mbs)

OK, so let me know the result.

When my box is freezing, I have to disconnect and connect again the power cable. Controller and wireless mouse don"t show any reaction.

What do you do in this situation?

have same problem with the R tv-box S10 i recceive this weak, similar hardware i suspect power problem and/or corrupt internal nand chip and/or buggy ddr4 memory

same problem here with all apps on a Alfawise H96 PRO+ with 3GB and 32GB.
If i use Kodi it freeze many time, if i use another app, it freeze sometime.
Now i have make an update to nougat (OFW) and the Boxe freeze again so i kill it with powercable and not i am in bootloop.
Its more then shi... , i think Marshmallow it work better stable as nougat

Hi to all H96Pro + Users ,

it looks that the Box needs more /mah/ with the Powersupply not 2000 better 3000 mah , and a better working CustomRom from here .

There are so many Users with the same Box and nearly same Problems , in the last Days , hope all Boxes can be fixed .

I thing i must write in english here, if you dont understand me, write me in german via pn.
With ARD and ZDF you have most problems. There are many questions before, what for a repo / source do you have and other.
For me other channels works nice, only (in German) "öffentlich rechtliche" make trouble.
one problem is maybe that they realy send in HD. Its real HD and that is hard for your Box and hard for your net. For me "full HD" / FHD Chanels make trouble too. What you can do is to test that you change frames maybe B Frames or other. In Kodi you can make settings with change that the box kill frames but its hard for me to write in english what you can do all.

I Have the same problem. Do you give me one rom not nougat but android 6 to flashing because i think is android problem

Also try to control the temperature with the cpu monitor app. Some box up to 85°c

i dont have this Box , but know that a 5V/3000mah Powersupply helped some other Users

with there Audio & Video & Harddrive Problems , if you not try you not know , hope it helps ,

of course the Box need a good cooling too , Fan or similar .

Mhh okay. Then i will order a bigger one. Maybe this will help.
