Anybody can help? My computer has USB 3.0 ports. No USB 2.0. Could it be that the problem?

An USB 3 to USB 2.0 adapter, use a computer with USB 2.0?

Go into your bios and see if there is a USB 2.1 compatibility mode setting or something along those lines.

I looked BIOS. I've tried all the settings. But the result was the same.
