    Some possible suggestions in here?

Also, if you go to the app drawer and run it from there instead, does it load then?

Over the apk manager it works from time to time to open it . But not ever

When i got the folder --- root explorer -> system->app->google store--- is nothing inside this folder..shouldnt be there a apk?

Sounds like the launcher is not pointing to the right place then.

Report it to the vendor you purchased it from so that they can talk to the manufacturer.

Then I guess either use a different launcher (or see if somebody will modify the existing one).

Or run the apk directly (if there is an option to add apps to the launcher draw, you may be able to do it that way).

One other thought is perhaps to create a vending-1 folder and copy the contents of the original into it (ensuring that all the same permissions are set) and see if that is what the launcher is trying to point to. Or rename the current folder.

Or even install the latest Play store and see if that works (probably best only as a last resort though in case it screws something up).
