H96 Pro+ 3/32 DDR4 USB problem

Hi all,

I have a unit stated in the title. On every ROM I tried if I plug in any USB device the BOX shuts down. Tried all four ports and it happens every time. If I plug in any device while it is in shut down state and start the box it is working nice including the attached device. Any idea what is causing this issue?

Probably, a faulty power supply. Try another one with the same voltage and polarity but with more current or power delivery.

Omg, thank you! I don't know why but I have two exact same adapters and it is working just nive with the other! Thank you again
