      When you go into the menu help, about, about USB burning tool it shows v2.0.7.2

      Edit: When I do the same thing after installing V8 then is shows the same, so the developer doesn't seem to be quite finishing the job.

          It may well be a new version but it does install OK and detect a box.

          It's pity that they don't release some form of changelog for new releases.

          I've added it to my collection which now spans from V4 to V9 for anybody that might be interested.
