PMID703C LiveSuit Problem!!!

I am looking for some tips or tricks on how to get this PMID703C tab to connect to LiveSuit. I am rooted and I have tried over and over to get it to connect so I can flash a new rom. I have followed these instructions over and over http://www.southerntelecom.com/polar..._pmid703C.html. I am running Windows 8 so i am not sure if this matters or not. Please any help would be great!!!

Windows 8 is the problem, I think with my 701c I had to download the android sdk and use their drivers to get Win 8 to recognize my 701c. It was a long night and I don't remember exactly, but you could give it a shot

Thanks!!! I will give that a shot and if it doesn't work I will give Windows 7 a try.
